DELIVERY AND RETURNSQ: How long do I have to return my order? A: We ask that all returns are sent to us by the 14th day after the order was made. We will consider refunds after this date but it's at our descretion. Q: How much do Linzisoes.com charge for delivery? A: Our shipping charges are as follows: Q: How long will I have to wait for my order? A: We endeavour to despatch all orders within a few hours after purchase, occasionally it takes a day or so longer. All UK mainland orders are sent by 1st class unless they qualify for sending via our express service, so they should be with you within a couple of days, but we do ask you to wait at least 7 before contacting us regarding goods that have not arrived. Non UK mainland orders will take a little longer. Q: Can I change the size? A: If any items you've ordered are not a correct fit you can return your parcel using the delivery note you'll get with the order, you will have to pay the return postage but your size replacement will come out to you at no extra cost. Q: What if my shoes are faulty? A: We make the best efforts to ensure all our goods are of the highest standards possible at the prices we wish to offer, but occasionally faults do occur, in these rare cases you need to return your good in the way described below, you will need to pay the return postage but this will be refunded to you once we have assessed your goods as faulty. Q: Why are returns not free postage? A: We have two choices we could add an amount to all postage amounts to cover the cost of returns and then so offer returns 'free' but this would mean everyone pays for only a few people's returns, we see this as being unfair, we prefer to charge as little as possible to all of our customers. Q: How do I return my order? A: All returns have to come back to one of our stores or our warehouse. If you still have your delivery note then please use the label at the top of the sheet and tick the relevant boxes on the delivery note and include it in the return package. All instructions must be on the delivery note or on a note attached, we can't tie together email correspondence and returned goods. If you don't have the delivery note please include a note with your email address, if possible your order number and your requested action, eg. size replacement or refund.
